Announcement for candidacy of Ulang County (Plans/Objectives)
My name is reverend John Philip Pidak Lieth, and I am a candidate for Commissioner of Ulang County. Ladies and gentlemen, I announce my candidacy for commissioner of Ulang County in Upper Nile South Sudan. Ulang County is a new county in Upper Nile State, it’s located at West of Nasir County. Ulang is currently a district with six Payams due to creation of provinces by the government of South Sudan. I am encouraging all Ulang County citizens both Western World, and Africa particularly in the Southern Sudan. As a son of Ulang County, I ask men, and women of Ulang County from different part of the world to support my candidacy to be the next commissioner of Ulang County in 2009. The time has arrived for me to service the citizens of Ulang County for the next four years. I am the best candidate to bring change in Ulang County because I have been in Upper Nile State for couple of years, I witness the situation of the citizens of Ulang County, and I promise myself to reinstall the situation basses on my objectives have mentioned below.  The minister of health Mr. Kueth Kaang, and others minister who came with him from Malakal for visiting of Nasir county are enjoyable to check Nasir County Hospital's patients. Before they return back to State of Upper Nile Malakal, Mr. Kueth took a time to meet with Nasir people to explain the health situation in Nasir how to solve, and the best choice has been made during the visit is to increase the medicines and medical equipments to be use in Nasir county hospital if possible. And also it was wonderfully time for all Nasir elders, young men, young women, and children to see Kueth at home Nasir where he was born. The State Upper Nile Minister of health Kueth Kany, Doctor John Wiyual, Nasir County commissioner Gen: Gat-hoth Gatkuoth, the head of Nasir County police, and the others staffs of Nasir county are walking in the room to room and to check hospital.
Nasir County Hospital is a medical health hospital with almost two hundreds beds. it provides a general care for residents of two Counties. Forensic inpatient service is provides to the whole of Nasir and Ulang residents. it also manage a network of care clinic and a patients services. The Hospital had a three staffs, consisting of one doctor, one nurse, and one allied health. For more pictures click this link: John Wiyual Dieng is currently working in Nasir county Hospital, and playing good role as a medical Doctor because he was professionally trained. And he is a good qualify educationally, he graduated for bachelor degree of Science in medical field in Juba University in Khartoum, after his graduation from University, he also was sent to course study by South Sudan government for practicing a medicines and medical tools before he was hired for doctor position in Nasir hospital. Doctor John for Sudanese system is committed to provided the highest level of services that meet the requirement need and expectations of Nasir County Hospital's patients.
